International Shipping Policy:
The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for all products sold on this website.

Shipment Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that no orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs duties taxes and fees applied to your order at the arriving border. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships, containing your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns:
You have 30 days to return your product from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit from your institution within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your Tool Balancer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
